Rock Band has an option to change the sync of the audio to the video to counter delays

I stand corrected and am duly freaked out...!

Ok first of all my monitor has only a vga port and a place for "audio in"

im not getting the official xbox one just buying a regular VGA to AV or to HD whichever i can do HD on thanks
