tbone loves that one, he incorporated it into Tuldur, his paladin tank. See, the final talent in the Protection tree for a Paladin is "Avenger's Shield", which looks like he's doing a Captain America-style shield throw.

Thus is became macro'd... whenever he was doing Avengers shield, there would be a Raid Warning...
