Considering the massive amount of fun i have had in the past playing BF2 and BF2142 with this community i am hoping BFBC2 will take off aswel, so i am hoping we can post usernames here so they dont get lost in the other thread.


Our community tag is [THN], The [Square Brackets] are now added automatically.

It is [THN] Yes, i shall be getting this tomorrow (and hopefully being able to run it.) Ill be trying to get Gombol, failing at that, some variation of Gombol (Gombie, Grombie, Gommie, etc.)

Since its obvious we have about 8 or so people playing this, anyone wish to start a small clan up? (You know, clan matches, training and the like)?

Gombol, no one else wants to start it, you could try doing it yourself and see what the responses are ;)

I'm pretty sure most of the people playing are too busy all week to warrant time into clan matches and the like...

I dunno, back in the day of BF2 we would only play games at the weekend, and practise by playing as a group evenings of the week, just whoever was available. The fact that I still play BF2 a good 3 or 4 times a week obviously has nothing to do with this, but still! I think lack of clans comes more from lack of interesting in doing it.

I'm seriously thinking of purchasing a server after i39 and starting a clan, with or without THN, so we'll see what happens.

Were we to want to actually enter a league somewhere we would have to have our own server, and AFAIK there is no freely available dedicated server download at this time - you have to purchase a server from somewhere. It's not too expensive though so meh :D
