Banned from Minecraft Server for no reason?

Say what?!

To clarify:

1)Pestering someone on the server every 2 seconds is seen as annoying. We are around as often as we can be and will do things in order. A post in the minecraft group or here is a surefire way of getting something sorted.

2) The /irc command in game communicates directly with out IRC server where a fair few of the admins hang out during the day. We arn't definitely online but someone might be around and will help if they can...
