There are hundreds of free servers just sitting empty every night. Where is the problem? I was really looking forward to this.

Lets just play the match...

You could quite easily take over an empty public server with 20 people. Remember with that many people you could quite easily vote out other players that join as you will have control off all people's votes! Just make sure they turn off the opt out of voting option.

Just don't be disappointed (or surprised) if an admin comes on and kicks the lot of us outta there. Generally they tend to get a bit skirty even for something petty like clan members all going the one team, never mind staging a clan match on their server.

Add to that the fact that we won't be able to change settings (i.e. limiting rounds to 20 minutes like in ED matches or turning off autobalance).

I still think we should go for it though. Just find a server and fill it up, then deal with the server settings as they are.

coolio, should be fun, my mic doesn't work but i will be on TS ready to do what i'm told :p.
coolio, i think the bigger prob we'll get with random server is we get whatever maps we get.
Should be a laugh tho.

Ok... posting that 14 minutes before we're meant to play is a bit of a kill joy I'm afraid. We haven't gone through tactics (from what I've seen) and it's just too late notice for me. Sorry, but I'll be missing this one :( If we can sort out servers and the likes before hand, then I'm well up for the next one. Enjoy whoever does play though.
