I've yet to see a phone with bluetooth connectivity that can only do audio. I guarantee* you, you can send a file to any one of those listed bluetooth devices.

Again, domain applicability.
My wife's previous phone could happily send files to other phones, but could not send them to an actual PC without that PC running Nokia's proprietary PC Suite.
Nowadays, with phones behaving like computers anyway, this is probably no longer an issue, but if the phone in question is indeed three years old, it might be.
