It happens from time to time although it's not because of my efforts so far( though just sitting down and talking to someone for a while might make their day that much better. You get that warm fuzzy feeling then, too). There's another 2 years until it's time for taking on that sort of responsibility.

Unfortunately there's a lot of frustration too, mainly with the admininstration and savings they're trying to make (and when you save on healthcare, people suffer).
