No it doesn't mean "Knowing" there isn't a god because as I have said above no one can "Know" if there is or isn't a god, just like (to use Bertrand Russell's cellestial teapot) no one knows that there is or isn't a china teapot orbiting the sun between Earth and Mars (noting that the teapot would be too small to be observed by even the most powerful telescopes).
Bearing in mind this analogy wasn't really intended for what I'm talking about, it still shows what I mean. There probably is a few people that will say they "know" there is no God, however this would be a tiny minority - and not a true Athiest in the majority of peoples views of it. I also wouldn't say that it's a belief in not believing in a god, just as I'm sure you wouldn't say that you believe in not believing in "Zeus" or "Thor".
According to adherents.com there are approximately 4,200 religions in the world, so ofcourse there are going to be religions that aren't scripture based and that don't deny evolution, however a majority of religious people do believe that God created man as we are justnow. According to a NewsWeek poll 48% of Americans (Total Americans not just Religious Americans) believe that "God created humans pretty much in the present form at one time within the last 10,000 years or so" -Source-
So ofcourse when I'm talking about Scripture and Evoloution it isn't going to apply to every single religion, but it applies to a hell of alot of them and a hell of a lot of people that believe in them.
