Cannot register new account on the wiki...

May I please bring your attention to the following thread where it has been suggested that we maintain a wiki page for the information in that thread...

It seems that people are unable to create accounts as on the login/register page there is only a login area and no option to register...

Hmm, somewhere along the way someone set the "create account" permission to false. I've re-enabled that now.
