It can be worth doing what Vel and myself did, and play through the whole game on easy first, just to get the hang of where chokepoints are. That way when you play through the second time on hard (or insane) you can set up far more effectively.

Completing the game also gives you a pretty decent weapon for each class, which can come in handy when levelling alts (or for the class you completed with, if you've not been doing any levels on insane for better weapons).

I'm not sure where the game ends, tbh. Is it the throne-room? I've played through it all and I'm sure Ronin and Ghostwolf did as well. Unfortunately with the boss it wasn't so much about chokepoints rather than him pushing our defenses back, thus essentially nullifying them :)

Yah, ignoring DLC the last level is at the very top of the castle, out on the rooftops. Pretty cool boss fight after :D
