I'm not talking about "Master" I'm talking about "Watching the video then killing <Boss>" like most of Cata was.

I'm impressed Gombol you are that pro you have gone in the future and told us how do raids in Cataclysm :)

LOL, well then it is your own fault it is too easy, isn't it?
I never watched a video before trying a boss :) Then every boss is still quite hard :)
Going into a fight unprepared sounds, eh, unexpected of you to me.

I disagree with Gombol, however. There are numerous "hard" fights in WotLK, or at least with steep learning curve - because after all that's what difficulty is about, not being able to kill the bosses AFTER all your raiders know how to do it. Sindi 25 is tricky, LK is tricky, I can imagine Yoggy being tricky... and that is before hard modes. Why are we even having this discussion anyway? If you are so pro, Gombol, go wipe on hardmodes or something. Even good players like Elincia, me or the rest of the Haven raiding crew have some issues with normal modes so we'll bloody say what's difficult and what's not.

Haha, I take that as a compliment :D
In every day life I am always prepared, but for gaming, nah. It is way more fun to rush in with a group and wipe within 5 second and ask the question: So what did we learn?:D

I am not fully unprepared, I listen closely to Tuldur, Sassman, Naccie or any other raidleader. But watching videos so you can 1shot bosses.... no fun in that :)

Hoy, :)

Ulduar was half a challage before the nerfs in there, now they are still Pie, unless you do Hard Modes.

So, wait, the gist of what you're saying is, the game is easy unless you play it in hard mode?

Isn't that kind of what every game is like?

I mean, when I start up any old game, I often get a little screen where I need to click "Easy" or "Hard" or whatever. :D

Usually, if I click "Easy", I then tend not to gripe about the game being "too easy"... ;)

Cheers,
J.

Tis true tis true, its not learning the tactic.s for these fights thats hard, any retard can look at the fight and realise what thier job is, its getting ALL the retards to work together and do\not do what is needed at the right time. The main reason for any wipe is someone fucking up be it the healer the tank or the dps who didnt move out. the rest of it is mainly down to luck (a healer getting spiked in the fire during bonestorm) and the like lol , so if your finding it too easy do some hardmodes and if your finding it too hard find new people to raid with. simple

There is. But they are Hard Mode Only. Normals are easy as hell.

And I have done (Or at least attempted) Hard modes. I've never once said in this thread "I'm pro" so go re-read.

The income cap wont be a problem for gold farmers, they will just create more characters...

I have yet to find a reference to a maximum weekly income gold-wise. For Valor/Conquest points, yes, but I've not seen anything referring to any gold cap other than the already-in-place limit on the maximum amount of gold a single character can have...

Aye
People also need to keep in mind that the future has not yet been written and Cataclysm has not been released.
They might go ahead and do one of their trademark changes on several things before release.
So the best thing to do is basically to wait and see what happens.
