Well, I was considering making some of the chocolate chip version as well to give you but with an attitude like that I won't.

I've sent a ticket to Multiplay regarding the use of BBQs, and got a response today.

I got the following response:

"We're discussing getting an allowed area for these at i37. I'd expect this should be ok for the event."

While not 100% yes, it would appear that for now at least it is safe to assume that we will be able to take and use a BBQ at the event.

OK my plan is to make a couple of chocolate beer cakes at least and probably a few other things as well. With 15 ppl this isn't going to go far so my suggestion is that some of you delicious folk make some forms of confection as well.
Bake it and bring it. If you FailZ0Rz at baking them perhaps a trip to your local bakery/tesco to stock pile some cakeage is required.

Aha, well there's me just posted in the 'getting to' thread about economising ya luggage space! But cookies, though! I'm sure we can make exceptions for that, maybe sacrifice a couple of less important items - like our PCs, or Iron Fist.
