Why are they multiples of 11?

because thats how big half a box is.
half a room = 11 seats (6 along the middle, 5 along the outside of the room)
2 half boxes put together (E.g. without the dividing wall) = 22 seats.
so we need 22, or 21 people (one seat split between people isnt much)

Thats 11 so far who have numbers or have season tickets in this thread.
I think next year, I'm going to post a thread in February for people to make sure that they have £63 available by April (2 months notice to get £60 isnt asking much is it?), so that we dont get to april and then have people go "oooo can you give me until june to get money"

As bloke says, if theres already three boxes gone after a week and a bit, then we need to be a bit more organised than "can i buy my ticket in a few months time"!
Organising groups of people is a right pain in the backside!

I know, but it seems odd to enter the data into a spreadsheet just to then have to enter it into another system.
Mind you, until recently here we wrote credit-card payment details on slips of paper and sent them to the finance department in the internal post.

Still waiting on the aforementioned people to get their butts in gear to give booking IDs so we can book a box

how many is that, and can we book for them in advance? Bloke said the above list is incomplete, perhaps we could get a complete one?

Boxes are 11 or 22.
So either
1) we ditch some of the people who have alrady bought tickets - not an option
2) say that whoever has got tickets now is going to go, and then find randoms to fill the remaining slots (like i41) - This means that anyone who buys a ticket *after* this is organised, won't be able to sit with the rest of us as the box will already be full
3) we do a group booking for the remaining seats, but if you read through the i41 thread, there were reasons against this

Ok I just went through the list of what numbers I have - I have 13 booking IDs from THN people and I know I have a definite +2 from WFB (Jimmy and Hypno) and also a definite +3 from dr-ukr.
That makes 18.
