I've remembered my point now. Yes Wol, I shall be attending the i43 rendez-vous scheduled for the approaching solstice. Perhaps that wasn't clear in my previous post....?

bumpity :)

i42 starts TODAY, tickets for i43 if you don't already have one will be available from next week (though due to the bank holidays it wouldn't surprise me if it was the week after...)

Mk1 is showing the level of excitement and commitment that YOU DON'T SEEM TO BE SHOWING!

As soon as I can confirm how I'm getting there (pester Trax until he gives in) I shall buy my ticket!

(11:28:20 PM) MPUK|Office: i43 (26th to 29th August 2011) :: Time Remaining: 17 weeks, 3 days, 10 hours, 31 minutes, 39 seconds :: 2000 Places :: 164 Paid :: 1836 Places Left :: http://iseries.multiplay.co.uk (30 seconds antiflood)

Not even 8 hours after official closedown and 164 tickets have been sold (disclaimer: no idea if that number includes season tickets). Bear in mind that the "earlier bird" promotion is limited to the first 500 ticket sales only, so if you're wanting a cheaper ticket you'll have to get in there soon :)

After this offer runs out, they will most likely run their "Early Bird" promotion where tickets will be 20% off for a time, for those of you who do not already have a Gold ticket discount or a season ticket.

I am expecting that we will have more people than will fit in a single clanbox wanting to come, so we'll have to see about seating depending on numbers...

Clanboxes are private boxes located on the third and fourth floor of the Berkshire Stand at the Newbury Racecourse venue. Clanboxes support allocations of 11, 22 people, but certain boxes can be extended to allow up to 44 people and so-on. The boxes are private suites, usually used on race days, of which oversee the racecourse from the balcony view.

How does numbers above 22 work, organisationally?

There's also the possibility of taking one of the other different shaped boxes (e.g. the one used for card games at i42) but I don't think we've discussed this with multiplay yet. We've also got quite a lot of friends of THNers who've expressed an interest in i43 as well as a load of speedy's friends.

I bought an i43 ticket at the end of i42 which included much raffle enjoyment. :cool:

But also I have the Golden Ticket we won in the Minecraft tournament. So if Bacon or Pingue need it, it's here^^

We can sort a box above 22 if we have the right number of people. Technically boxes come in 11,22,33,44 and there are some weird shaped ones on b2 as well!

Punt for the 44 people, find all of your friends!

theres no point really in deliberating about numbers until people have all booked their tickets AND PAID and have a booking ID so we know exactly how many people we have / need to find.

theres a 44 seater at the west end of B1, and a 24 seater at the east end of B1. Theres boxes with the movable walls to get 33 afaik.

Would say its something that needs to be raised with multiplay to work out what sort of numbers are available.

My season ticket booking ID im guessing will appear once theyve had a chance to process them?
