[idea] THN Glasgow LAN?

Would you like to (and be able to) attend a THN LAN event in Glasgow?

I can strike down two of those points by saying: as long as it can run source (ie playably) then you'll be fine. Besides, if memory serves it's just your processor holding you back... and it doesn't make a fantastically huge difference in source once you reach a certain level tbh.

But you've got me beaten on the distance point - the only other option is by train (via Barrhead) and lugging a PC with a 10 minute walk once at crossmyloof isn't really going to appeal, I can tell. I thought you had a pretty potent laptop though?

Anyway if you cant make it then that's fair enough... I'm just testing the waters at this stage since I'm not sure how many other people could conceiveably make it to the LAN.

about the LAN tourney in Destiny Church ... no details yet :p being organised for next month -ish, will start early on friday night and carry on till bout lunch time on saturday. I'll get you more details when i get them.

As for getting there. Dez would you be able to get a lift with your rents?
If not theres always a chance mine might be able to or failing that spicers? theres loadsa people around. What do ya mean u cant drive to crossmyloof it would take u about 15 mins u lazy bugger.
