Deliverance! What a film! Before someone pigeonholed Burt Reynolds as a comic actor! Which annoyed me as his performance in Deliverance is amazing!

:D

The Game, with Michael Douglas and lots of other cool people. The number of twists and turns this film takes is AMAZING. And there are 3 points in the film when I truly thought it was about to end and didn't. It amazing. It's brilliant, and it's one of my most favourite films that many people haven't heard of.

Other than that, Serenity, because it's just so damn cool. I love it.

Forrest Gump. Greatest. Movie. Of. All. Time. Words cannot express how good this movie is, if you haven't seen it, watch it now, if you have, watch it again. So poignant and heartbreaking, yet so hopeful and happy, no other movie has ever had an impact like this on me. Watch it, now, you won't regret it.

As I have just watched it and although I've seen it 20 odd times now I still get a bit choked up at the end. Amazing Grace.

All about William Wilberforce. Well worth a watch.

Man Bites Dog:

A Belgian(?) movie about a documentary crew who follow around a serial murderer, interviewing him etc. etc. very darkly comic, especially when he's talking about the nuances of getting rid of the bodies of midgets.

There's a bit in it that will really make you either stop watching or question the way you're watching the film. It's rather disturbing, so not for the fainthearted, but definitely an amazingly thought provoking scene.
