Petition: Recycle the Rift Section into a GW2/MMO Forum

Okay, turns out that it should have been done, except that the Rift forum wasn't configured for Games prefixes, so all the prefixes were stripped. :/

I've manually redone all the prefixes now, though one or two may be mis-prefixed.

Shout if you need another prefix.
