Well I have no hard facts on this Gizmo, but to be honest... XBL isn't free, so playing with people on XBL would, in my opinion, entail some kind of charge, quite possibly similar to the way a pay monthly MMO works.

This is all completely speculation, however, so may or may not turn out to be true!
