Raz, ever tried TF2?

In the options menu, under the advanced section, there are some checkboxes which will turn it on (also an option to continue healing without holding down fire as medic)

Options -> Multiplayer -> Advanced, I believe. You can turn on a hit confirmation ding, too.

The bomb outline was added with the engie update a couple months ago.
