Direct x 10 has been Shipped with Every copy of Windows Vista, im running it but i don't have a DX 10 Card in my machine so i'm not taking advantage of it.
so why people keep saying 'when' the drivers are released ..i don't know, because im sure that Microsoft made it apparant that they don't intend to release the DX 10 drivers on XP ( at least untill thier attempt to monopolise the industry with it fails and they're forced to )
