If it comes to AvP, I prefer the original for multiplayer as it had the coop mode. Marines and Predators versus endless streams of Aliens...

For games older than two years, I might suggest Dawn of War sans any expansions. Or Starcraft, of course. I have at least two legitimate copies of that so I can probably allow a few spawns off me.

Oh, hell yes, AvP1! The whole "single respawning alien against one life Marines" was also a brilliant map. And defending the outpost was just INSANE.

Also, in AVP you can have like 1 alien to 4 marines and get a very nice horror-game feel
