[Terraria] "THN" Server!

[strike]Hullo, I've decided as it was cheap (£25 for 3 months due to 25% off) to try out the MPUK servers and am going to do so with Terraria as it has no linux hosting option and we do not yet have the ability to host a windows server until prom is retired.

So, it's already running etc

The IP address is: 85.236.100.22:10477

And the password is: crap

I wouldn't worry about building anything fantastical on the world at the moment as I plan to make it larger / upload one that Carps and I have been working on for a while anyway.

The server has 8 slots, it's more of a test / server where carps and I (plus others who join us from time to time) can play without having to have one of our PC's on to do so as we don't have awesome internets :(

New THN server running on promethius!


IP: promethius.thehavennet.org.uk or 87.117.203.96

Default port.

World size is Large. Created after 1.0.5 release so has gold chests.

We have a tower with all the NPC's in it.

There is a shaft straight down into hell. Explore!

So, the server doesn't lag any more so I'm going to start building somewhere to house all the NPC's :)

I do wanna join you but I also have a big world on my own server... aarrghh!

Also we are all maxed out in gear etc so it might spoil it for you? ;p

Uhm, we've pretty much got all the armour in the game :p I've almost got all of the vanity sets too ...

Aha but do you have a whopee cushion? ;)

Also: They nerfed hell back to playable heh. But they ruined the ability to flood it; I'm a sad panda.

You don't need to flood it..... o_O

There are potions you can make to become immune to lava :p

Already have it on my PC, it uses the world file so you can't use it for the server map.... ;)

Trax is now running a test server on promethius, I'm sure he'll update with more details but the basics are:
