I know you haven't meant any harm, Angi, but I'd like to point out rule number 2 of our rules:

Blatant breaches of the forum's rules (e.g. posting pornography, warez, racist attacks, etc) can be subject to immediate moderation. Members have a right to find the boards safe to view at work, at home, with children, or whatever. Members have no right to put the site owners and Admin Team at risk of litigation.

Right, I've got my Age of Empires collection and I've installed AoE2 and The Conquerers expansion, and patched the expansion to version 1.0c. I'm good to go.

My copy has arrived. I'll install it and patch it all soon. How's everyone else doing?

can't find my disk but i have my backup image and if there is a key it'll be in my db so shout and i can be ready to play in half an hour or so

There's no key. It's SafeDisc protection so you just need the disc in the drive, or a virtual copy of the disc in my case as swapping the discs in and out is a pain.
