, but due to Work, Booking every weekend AFTER the 4th of august off for holiday etc ( i've got the house to my self for 2 weeks
so im not missing out on any 'Me Time' its just not plausable to get another holiday ( my manager would rather sock me in the face ... ) but .. i guess if its 18+ you could all go spot the guinness factory ;D ( if its open that is .. )So as not for THN-meet'n'greet

hah, it's really the result of being thrown directly into a full-time job straight out of school, and having really low expenses.
Anyway, it's still a lot of money, so I have to put some consideration into spending it. Friends and I might be doing a grand tour of your side of the ocean next summer, so I may save the money for then, and I'll still be able to meet up with everyone (though separately)

Theres nothing like Irish drinking, thats where i learned to do it properly.
Also need to get the rest of the sotonites and those from the island to come as well.

I'll try and be there this year, but given the way I need to book holidays I'll need to know before the end of June which weekend I should be booking off... holidays are very competitive where I work...
I should be able to catch the ferry, from experience I can say P&O do a fantastic service from Troon to Larne, 1 hour crossing and it's all good fun (I loved my last visit to Ireland). I could drive down so I could take up to 3 passengers from Glasgow.
Anyway it should be fine but I will need to book it off, so very much subject to availability on this one.

For people from the south and london area, you can fly from stanstead to belfast for £63.50 quid which is awsome.

If august is a major problem for lots of people then how about early september ?
It would be nice to see the usual crowd plus a few new faces. Also note that although some time will be spent in Belfast we may still end up camping somewhere a little more remote for convenience (body boarding anyone ?)
