Right! time to get some serious metal cruching and solar collection going. I will probably get wiped and straight away but it could be a laugh with Teamspeak as well.

Need to check details of how to set it up again but hopefully we can get a mass game going next Thursday.

I would sign up, but the 18th is very close to my hand in deadlines, and I'll be working 24/7 until the 23rd. So, I will play next time! :D

Meh, Spring is okay...

It's a bit wierd because they've changed some of the units. Though in the download you get TA and the Core Contingency units for skirmishing etc.

The Vulcan has been given a high-arc of fire choice, which is quite amusing. I had 5 all in high-arc shooting at a Zipper patrolling the map. It was raining Big Bertha bullets :D. Also chased a Pee-wee around the map with 30 bombers :).

The terrain is slightly deformable, so you can leave a nice puckered landscape.

Best stick to the standard version though for the Revial night methinks.

I'll be free from the 24th onwards ish. Not sure about one of my coursework deadlines, but it should be ok from then... That's next tuesday for lazy people!

As a way to get more people playing...

How, erm, acceptable would it be to upload the Multiplayer Spawn install to, say, DrB, and from there make it available to several members of the community so more may join in?

How big is the install? I have 3Gb free on my uni home store, as long as people aren't going to go mad with the bandwidth and use hundreds of gigs... I can host it on lovely Uni connection! =o

Edit - give me the link, and I can download direct to the uni as well, meaning it'll be ready pretty damn fast.

It's only 126Mb, and you've got it on your TA discs :). Install the spawn and copy it to your Uni account... do you think that would that work?

i can host the multi spawn file if needed but i can't actually find the licence for it i'll see if i can actually dig it up and let you know
