I suspect it's probably for the 90 minutes of the "match" and extra time is not counted for those purposes. Essentially you're betting on the game going into extra time if you bet on a draw.

Similarly, the displayed odds are quite possibly only for a team winning the match within the regular 90 minutes, and there may well be different odds for winning the whole thing (I had this when placing money on the FA cup final - Pompey were 9-1 to win in 90 mins but 5-1 to win the match).

Yes, but loans are only taken in increments of e$50, so in most cases you end up with a little extra leeway.
