Oh an Ichara is the Technical Support Manager (Zen Internet Ltd) so they definately know of the issues.

It seems pretty clear that Blizzard are refusing to give an opinion on this to its customers. Last I checked there had been no official blizzard blue post in any of them.

Rather frustrating as pings for me are staying around 800ms to 1173ms and sometimes even more. Watching people catch up seconds later is rather annoying.

Also look at line 4 of that trace - 1.9% loss can't be good.

umm...i dunno what that means but im assuming its bad...

aint there anyway to fix it?

Anything less than 10% won't kill things too badly so I'm not at all concerned about that.
