Getting Xbox Live Support to fix XBLA games you can no longer play offline proved to be tougher; too tough for me as I gave up after seven or eight tries.

Getting them to resolve a hardware issue through replacement? Yep, they were decent at that.

And that, unfortunately, is because they make no money from you for giving you what you are owed. So they hope people will give up, like you did. Officially they don't act this way, but I'm sure of it!
