Guess where I'm planning my next trip, although I must be more careful there, since I couldn't test that encounter on PTR or live (I had the chance of playing a mate's T6 Rogue throughout the last couple of bosses in BT so I knew the encounters and had no nasty surprises), hence I don't know what will trigger the event or if there is a trigger at all other than "being there".

As a little sidenote, Warlord Kalithresh in heroic hits for more than Illidan if you let him pump enough from the tank on his second enrage. A direct hit from the emo-elf will deal around 16K damage, while the enraged nutcase hit me for 18,5K yesterday. This is, of course, assuming you're not fighting Illidan on his "soft" enrage at 30%, in which the damage he deals is absolutely insane.
