I believe we're using Classic plus extended inducements. It's weird, though, because the editor in MP has less configuration options than the comparable offline league editor so we end up making some choices that affect things more widely than we'd want.

Ummm yes we are using LE. All races and stuff from that is fine.

Yeah your not wrong in saying that most of the extras from extra enducements wont be touched by most, but there are a few good purchasable things for people to waste money on if they have spare cash and a full team by the end. Also the larger assortment of things to buy can go further in helping teams who are badly outmatched as opposed to them simply being able to buy another re-roll.

Ummm. You have followed the instructions i posted on page 6 I take it?

[Edit] Took a quick trawl of the official forums but didnt find anything that indicated anyone else found the search function was busted.

Found an easier way though.

In the league search window there are 4 drop down menus. Input these choices

League type- Private league
League rules- Cup
Game type- Turn Based
Game frequency- Weekly

Scroll through all the result pages till you get to the end. We should be the last league made (or at least we were when i posted this)

I did it in the last half hour, no problems.

Just "THN" worked for me too.

Just submitted my team (now called Storm Heroes) after retracting the first one. Turns out that I can't rename players after I've created the team and they were all on default names. Guess it's not all that important, but I like to think of my players as individuals and proper names helps. :)

Sign up now stands at 12/14.

We're still waiting on Waterproofbob (at work probably) and Gombol (having issues finding the game).

bobrek's Bast4rds are signed up and ready to fight.

Some notices at this stage. Although old age has retired many of the players from the now legendary bobrek's B4st4rds team from the last league, the sons of the blitzers Ekraz and Skudal shall be on the field along with the son of the hall of fame runner Butrek. A player who played both secondary and FB with such finesse that even the wood elves didn't notice him trot into the endzone. A graceful dwarf. Let us hope that some of his skill passed into his son who although naive and youthful is fit and ready to go.


ps. Currently feel like crap due to man flu/massive cold and whatever is causing my voice to go completely so will likely not be around to play until later in the week :D.

Yeah I went and checked the league editor, and realised straight away why the choice was made, it's a weird setup but your right in saying it will help crippled teams later on.

Just a quick note, you should be able to rename and hire/fire etc your players once the league actually starts. You just can't do anything to them once they have been accepted and you are in limbo waiting for the round to start.
