One double room from the 13th to the 16th (3 nights)
That way we'll have a spare bed for anyone as needs it. The first nights already provisionally taken But for anyone who needs a place to crash saturday/sunday night, then there'll be a bed for them.

My RL Persona goes by the name of Craig Walmsley, so just book the room under that.

Oh, no, I'll probably stay at the hotel. :) (90£ translates to about 140€ or thereabouts, and that's well within my price range...)

The only reason I don't just book it right away is that there might be other people in the same circumstances, so I might as well wait to see who needs/has hotel rooms as well...

yeh really good point Zoog and one that im looking into, the more people that come forward and speak up about needing a room the better i less money i can get it for I.e madrak,marco and nactall can get a triple room if they get off there conjoined asses and book flights already and instead of £30 per person per single they can get the triple room which is only £70 per night, £20 is a fairly good saving.

Gonna book those rooms today for bex, ting and Zeej but i need a Rl name for children of the damned or wat ever your online name is :) AN I NEED IT FAST!! Someone.

ok got yor RL name Josh :) added on FB. Zeejin i need to know definates tho not, "ill probably want fri to sun" ok give me exact details and ill book it, BTW bex your booked in for fri , leaving mon doublebed room, £150 totall inc breakfast

In that case, all that needs doing is travel, of which there are a few ways I can think of. Awesome.

Week after the meeting, so it's all good. All I need to know is whether I'll be back to Portugal during the week or if I'll stretch it to the following Sunday. :)

having finally found out where Ill be working when this happens I've spoken to the person who will be my boss at this time and while she wont know till Monday for certain she's pretty certain this shouldn't be an issue so it looks like I'll be there.

Umb, is the offer still open to stay with you guys for the weekend? :)
