90 euros for a retour maximum, airplane that is.

For myself it would be just under €70.00 for a return flight. But add on the transfer from the airport to Lincoln plus accomadation plus whatever cost for a night or two of allowing ye all to bask in my awesomeness.
It's doable but for me it depends on two things;
1, when it would take place. August would probably be no good for me. My wife is due late August/early Sept and I would be afraid that she might go into labour early.
2, I would also worry that I would book fights, somewhere to stay, etc and then people would pull out or it to be arranged for another time. I doubt Lincoln is all that much fun when your on your own!
Anywho, I will follow this and when its fully organised/confirm I will let ye know then.

That should be quite doable then. Of course, there would still be a need for a place to stay, but all in all, I think costs would not be a problem then. So if the date works out, I should be there.
Btw, is that price for a flight from Eelde or Schiphol?

No, seriously, I suppose that if anyone around there finds a way to put me and the missus up, I can come up with the air fare in a discount airline of some sort. However, there's no way I could afford all of the flight and hotels and restaurants and whatnot...

Look at how much it would cost for the ferry as well nic nac as it comes into Harwich from holland and I could get you and Marqo then drive us up. just another option not sure if its cheeper though!

Its looking like its going pretty well ATM, so that's good.
Me, Lith and Brad are currently in the process of moving house/sorting that sort of stuff out but when we know exactly where we will be living we may have room for people, or maybe not (we don't know what house we will be living in yet).
After that is sorted we should set a solid date so people can start booking a couple of days off work etc, so this is not just a pipe-dream, it becomes more organised so people can plan for it better (Especially all those fucking immigrants coming over from Europe!).

Ok guys heres what i think we should do, the idea has taken root and i think now more than ever people realise it not only an option but a very real very interesting idea that will happen but it has to b at the right time for the majority of people and people will need enough time to save.(if your anything like me i live by my pay days)
So heres what i suggest, we wait for Liths house hold to stabalise a little in june/july and when things become a bit clearer we can put down an official date hopefully with at least 2 months to save/ clear things up before it happens.
This thred has done what i wanted and il try to stay on top of this idea as i watch and record what is going on in liths houshold....erm... i mean ,as i hear from them on ts.

ITs handy we have a flat no more than an hour and a half from the Lincoln area and we havea MASSIVE living room and sofa bed so if any one wants to crash we are a stones throw from Bradford Airport and Ting has a lovely big car.

Also.. as for costs. The plane will be the biggest issue as no doubt people will crash in others homes and food wise wont be to bad as we can all chip in X amount and get food. If its around 10 poeple this will be fine... if its more we will need some good sloid planning but im sure we can work something out.
