A note on this, I shall not be cooking due basically to a lack of time. I was ill over the weekend and have worked 1-10 shifts today and tomorrow.
That is not to say I haven't found a work around I hope those that have had my mighty beer cake will find acceptable, but no beer cake I'm afraid.
