How far from a box are we! Close enough to fill the remainder with guests?

Also, can anyone tell me what type of guitar was with band hero? :) not the one with the big raised buttons, the one where the buttons were part of the fretboard :)

Yea. is a bit of a bummer. Technically clanboxes havent been announced yet anyway, but I do see your point.

Maybe once we've got a few more people, it might be worth group booking the rest on early bird, and then assigning people to those, rather than getting them paying individually.

I thought the options were 11 or 22 though, so either we tell some people to go away, or need to find a group more people! And i dont think some people would be too impressed by the first option.

Still say offer a few seats to random people / people you know who's going.

How are they going to know you're not all from the same clan? Surely it's only a matter of finding 11 people willing to stick THN in front of their name?

Doesn't matter if they are from the same clan, I think. It could just be a large group of freinds from different clans / not even in clans wanting a box. :)

like we had 18 THN guys a week ago, and 4 =WFB= guys.

They dont have to be from the same clan, just multiplay would prefer to have one group booking as its harder to cancel a 22 person booking, than for a single individual to cancel and leave a gap in the clanbox

So kalleth has contacted me, and has informed me that he would like in on our box should we attempt to get one.

He also has 4 friends who'd also like "in", but he;s not certain on their attendance yet and probably won't be till the end of the month.

So whats the current list of people so far then / numbers? We had about 12 so far with thn, and thats about another 8. so should be easy to get 22?

Does anyone / thn kitty have the float to group book whats left and then accept donations when people do want to join.

assuming kalleth has paid:
thats 11 paid, 2 still to pay, 5 maybes, and then 4 spare to fill?

Is it worth trying to group book 11 tickets-ish possibly via the THN kitty, and people who can, putting floats into it. And then when we have people interested in joining the box (or peopel like gombol / vibs), they just put the money back into the kitty. Its a little bit extra work for the treasurer, but would help secure the box when they become available?

Is the treasurer up for that / other people up for helping float?

In regards to THN kitty, the answer is going to be no :p bob can confirm that, but it has no where near enough funds to cover that time period + pay Proms fee :)
