It's looking increasingly unlikely that we're going to be getting a box.

Put simply, we're still one short, and I can't find anyone else to take the final space.

There are still boxes available, but I can't see us getting one any time soon. As a result, I'm going to start poking people around on the seating planner in an attempt to get us all (minus the extras) sat together.

We've currently got a 1x13 and a 1x5 space. I'm going to start chatting with people and seeing if we can get that 1x5 space increased in size.

As in "ideally, we'd want people in a 2x13 shaped space, rather than a 1 x 24 + 1 x 2 sized space"

Considering a fair chunk of people on that list hadnt even selected a seat, and now both rows are full, is it worth considering sorting out a layout and then moving to hall 2 when it opens shortly rather than faffing around trying to place 8 people on a row with no gaps?

Didn't think of that, hall2 and nabbing it on the day (bloke would have to be glued to that 24 hours a day ) and getting in quick would work I guess. Assuming EVERY SINGLE PERSON had bloke as the seating manager. Failure to comply = slap.

It's not like people have a track record of failing to comply thus far.

Might just be easier to move the larger group out to the blank space thast all rather than having to potentially screw over more smaller groups.

dunno what the game layout will be though. I'd imagine it would mirror hall 1, but without the giant staff area?
