Mirror's Edge will be released 14th November (link to: Eurogamer) for the X360 and PS3, with pre-orders starting end of next week. Apparently there'll be a demo available too, which I'll grab before buying I suspect.

The PC version will be a bit later but still this year, apparently. No date set, yet.
