Mirror's Edge

I fail to see why this game would be better on a PC than on a console.

I guess for people who don't have a console then fine...

But to control this game effectively you WILL need a gamepad of some description with two analog sticks and various extra buttons. If you're gonna use a gamepad then why not go the whole way and get the console version?

uh no? WSAD + mouse. Space as up/jump, ctrl (or whatever you prefer) for crouch/down. Attack and weapon counter as mouse buttons. I think it would work just fine.

Yep, BiG D speaks the truth. WASD is far superior to controllers in every game type apart from maybe racing games.

Being mainly a PC gamer I have a lot of trouble using a console gamepad, except for the old SNES ones though as I have one of those....

I am a much bigger fan of the mouse and keyboard, and occasionally the joystick though that's only when I'm playing TIE-Fighter. :)

I really am looking forward to Mirror's Edge, I believe I have it pre-ordered currently....

Keyboard + mouse >>>>>>>>> any gamepad

Which is why they don't let console/PC gamers play online together.

Shadowrun is an FPS... :p

Really? I always thought shadowrun games were RPG's. And didn't I hear it has a subscription?

Anyway sounds like an unfair advantage if it's a true FPS (i.e. headshots etc = more dmg).

Shadowrun for Xbox 360, and Games for Windows...

Didn't that come with the Halo3 beta key?
