In birds defence everyone on a server when its chinese/USMC is wearing the exact same thing so a bit of friendly TKing is fine. This is why i've taken to being the squads medic, i stay slightly behind the initial line healing and reviving etc. and allow others to mark opposition for me to make my life easier.

Everyone knows that CPUz is the best program to tell you what memory, mobo, and stuff you have! :D

Actually, given that CPU, you're probably using 184pin DDR RAM. Stuff like this (link to Overclockers.co.uk). Admittedly, your front side bus will only have a clock speed of 333MHz but you should be able to run a 400MHz stick of RAM without problems... it'll just run at the lowest speed of your current RAM.

Anyone disagree?

So what would you recommend that I buy? I've got a birthday very soon so i'll have a reasonable budget... somewhere around the £150 mark, but will that stretch enough to get me a new RAM and a new video card?

I'd call RAM as most important, graphics secondary. I don't, however, have a good view on price/performance on AGP graphics cards available today. Last I looked was 18 months ago.
