Firstly; sorry for leaving so sharply on Friday.
But nevermind.
I was impressed with how well we jumped back into 25 man raiding, with no real cock-ups at all. (At least, none that weren't covered anyway).
I didn't see the end of the night, but judging from the way it went whilst I was there, I can only imagine it went off without a hitch.
We've come a long way since the beginning of Wrath. Hell, since the three weeks of our raiding calendar when the select group went. We've come together much more as a guild, instead of just a community.
Congratulations T-Bone, you've taken a lot of flak, but kept on putting the interests of the guild at heart. Hats off to you.

This sums up the roll Tbone's had in the guild for a long time. He takes flak unfairly for what ultimately makes things work for us. Perhaps next time someone wants to moan about something or throw their toy out the cot or whatever when he does something, perhaps look back on this?

Indeed. Thank you, T-bone. Your position is often not an enviable one, but you do what you do better than I think anyone in this guild could. There always has to be a person to make the hard decisions for raiding, and there's almost always going to be people who are disappointed when they're not chosen for something. You act quite annoyed sometimes, but that's part of the job and something all of us should do our best to minimize for you. I have the utmost confidence in you and would like to, once again, thank you for making sure our raiding is both at the level it is now AND lots of fun; as far as I know few guilds manage that to this degree.
