Oh yes, thats one to buy. I suspect Gibson will like it as well, seems to be quite realistic (despite the fact it's set in the future, of course)

EDIT: I'm talking about the game Phatbambi posted up about, not BF 2142.

Well this game is getting better as more info is being let out about it, here are some videos of the game including a demonstration video with a developer interview at E3, shows some pretty cool ingame action :D

Just checked the E3 website with latest trailer and interview. This games seems to sound better the more I hear about it.

The 'Titan' game play mode looks pretty damned amazing.

Id agree with Hotstuff on the Titan mode, it looks really great ... if people are willing to play tactically. It looks quit susceptible to f*ckwittery if the Titan gets in the hands of a twat. In saying that, it could make the whole thing amazing, like how brilliant NS was when you had a commander with at least a shred of an idea what he was talking about.

Probably quite a good clan game.

According to EA's website

Battlefield 2142 is developed by Digital Illusions/DICE Sweden and is slated to ship for PC this Autumn.
