As a thought for you all, as my first question was about this...

The non-special roles, such as Hunter, Farmhand and so on you should feel free to assign to yourself. If you want to give someone else a role, try not to make it a crap one (Latrine Cleaner... :p ) but, by default, I do suggest that you refer to people, in game, by their title and name. e.g. Townsperson Ronin

By using titles, we can then tell the difference between something said "in game" and something said outside of it... and it also helps avoid the Diplomacy hatred that can occur with games like this, when taken seriously. :)

A point of order on the use of vetos.

You only get one per game. Moreover, you can only use your veto for someone else, not in (direct) self-preservation. I hope this encourages vote bartering and such rather than holding one's veto 'til you are in danger.

Obviously, you can only vote or veto if you are actually alive... Ghosts can do neither.
