Word of warning though, they are not an easy team for beginners. Not very forgiving. Don't know how experienced you are, but you're certainly welcome to try them!

Steam sales have already started, they have Thanksgiving offers (for once i appreciate this foreign holiday!) - for example, the Borderlands 6 pack is 20 quid CHEAPER than the 4pack!

The pogoer now doesn't count as having a secret weapon and the bombardier looks "interesting"

Yeah thank god on that front. The pogoer was always a good unit but never excelled because of secret weapon.

The bombadier killed one of my berzerkers in single player

Also i thought the chainsaw gobbo had the NO HANDS rule. Well in this version he doesnt so having to try and wrestle the ball from a goblin with a chainsaw is a terrifying prospect. Both down = you die.

I've been playing with the norse a lot lately. May have to go with them and bequeath the goblins to bloke (he has much better luck than me)

What can i say as much as goblins hold (or have stolen) a place in my heart, marauders from the north have simply pillaged, burned and frenzied the villages of my interest.

If that makes any sense.

I'm interested, I only have Dark Elves edition but would upgrade for the races if I like it enough

No idea on race as I've not played it yet.
