I decided to do a little experiment to decide which of my browsers is fastest:

FIREFOX

Opera

Internet Explorer

Chrome
Couldn't get a result as it point blank refused to upload anything at all for some reason.

I have a feeling that's more a test of the flash implimentation in those browsers than anything.

Not too unhappy with that.

But this is odd... better results to a server twice the distance away :)

Braaaaaainss....

*ahem* A little bit of necromancy here. Just waiting for my new shiny connection to get sorted out (they said it would take 15 minutes but I have my doubts).

My current (soon to be redundant, silly, eh, binding period?) connection:

Theoretically my speeds are being doubled tomorrow so will be interesting to compare.

Those folks that want to share location generally have it set-up in their profile so you should see it as part of the post.

Been on this for 18 months... at least according to samknows Infinity will be available around here after September, but still that will only be a max of 40mbps down, and no idea on the upload for that

Okay so i was surprised by my upload being about 4 times what it used to be, but my download hasn't changed despite our service being "upgraded" 3 times in recent years.
