Um. Someone in the THN group is called "THN AVP dedicated server"..This a real person or just a troublemaker?
The user was invited by Trax so I imagine it's a dummy user for testing purposes.

Disks are better imo. Since, if you get everything downloadable, and your system crashes, you need to download it again.

Link your games with steam, and 99% of the time, you can download them through it.

Indeed, That user is the account I created to run on promethius to provide me with a quick way to see if the server was running.

Aye, Alien is the most fun, killing stupid humans always good.
The multi-player is pretty much the best thing about the game and I'm usually with Yahtzee on that not being a selling point for me (he didn't even mention it which is odd as he usually takes a moment to point out he doesn't care about it!) but playing with you guys has made it a worth-while purchase!

Hahaha Having played the whole Alien SP and I believe bigger half of the Marine SP (and bits of Predator too) I laughed quite hard at what he was having a go at - he's quite right I did find it a bit scary as a marine at first, though. The fact that I'm walking around with full health but can be keeled by half-dead Xeno that gets too close kept me some distance from the edge (not to say on it or near it).
Still waiting to play multiplayer with you folks though

I can see this being both good and bad. Bad because we got only 7 maps to begin with, though the game was only £25, compared to most at £35, and then theresrhe issue of people who don't hav the map packs playing server games... Getting DC'd.
