actually games such as Mass Effect or Grand Theft Auto 3 upwards fall into a different catagory, TPFPS, since they are in 3rd person.

Sorry, yeah. I blanked out the first-person part of FPSRPG, but I'd say it still falls within the same category as Fallout 3 (insofar as it's an RPG, with character development and a relatively deep dialogue mechanic, yet the gunplay remains a large part of the game). I wouldn't put Mass Effect and GTA under the same heading, though.

Well I stumbled upon a legion slaver camp and shot them to pieces and got a sweet hat off this guy, then walked over a hill to find he'd respawned... that and hilarious BSODs!

I've found a few places that almost have an instant respawn of bad guys, good for exp boosts bad for questing as a sneak character with limited ammo =[

I'm tempted to re-roll as an all melee powerhouse with a perk every level mod for the lolz. Matter of fact I might go do that now!

The legionaries with funky hats aren't unique people actually :( Took me a while of hanging onto various different hats before i realized this... I'm OCD and must have a storage cabinet full of every single unique item in-game!
As for the bugs, yeah i crash regularly, not BSODthed yet though. I also regularly get stuck in the ground when crossing mountain/hill areas but then im always going away from the roads and paths suggested and no game ever really caters to my style of travel :P

Got the game on PC atm. Really getting into it, but I have a bit of OCD so need to pick up everythign.. and i mean everything... including bent tin cans and clipboards... so it takes me alittle longer than most to get anywhere in the game!

I'm currently using the Caravan in GoodSprings as house, but was wondering if anyone here knows if we get a hosue of some description (not the room to let at Mr House) but a home that you can modify like you could in Fallout3?
