Well you guys were on K last time weren't you? I noticed on the seating plan most of the seats near the left of the hall are filled up, people are obviously thinking the same when it comes to getting near the doors...
One other thing whilst I remember; I'm not signed up to the EAS this year, until I can persuade my housemates who came last time to do the same. After last year's botch job of the first night they aren't overly confident in it being worth the money.

The CSS section is the dark blue bit on the right hand side.
We're on the left, which is by the doors too.

Does the airline offer some kind of advanced payment for excess baggage? I remember Virgin offering something like that when I went to America...
Like, if you let them know in advance that you will be bringing a heavier item, they may charge you alot less for it than if you show up on the day and its over.
