Could i request being closer to the windows in that case? I feel the head somthing horrible, and I get very badly hot, very quickly. Hell, I have both windows wide open, 2 fans on (one a mini Air Con) and in shorts atm. :<

Ain't gonna lie, the idea of a 22man room was a dubious idea to me at first, but in reality its two 11man rooms with a door? Interesting :rolleyes:

just from what I've seen, theres desks from the windows to the opposite wall, so to get to the other side of the room, you have to go out the door, along the coridoor and back in the other door?

With that setup, there may be a better place for the projector to sit, to go there, maybe?

On setup A haven's seat would be on the sticky out chair on the plan. which may give some more room for playing etc? We'll all be there on the thursday, so we can if need be, change things round a bit :)

I don't know which one will work better for Rock Band without knowing what the clan box will actually be like. However, on plan B it does look more like putting Gombol out with the WFB clan, who more of us don't really know, so plan A would be more THN-friendly. At least in there the brothers sit together.

I agree with ronin about gombol.

I also think that Option A will be better for rockband, not 100% sure!

I think a "see what the room is like / where a projector would work when we get there" idea is probably our best bet for the time being.

I've sent a ticket regarding the noob in the wrong seat - he's just sat himself in the wrong box as far as I can tell, as a search for his tag shows 5 other people with the same tag in another box, with a space inbetween them...

Also, if we don't get a 22nd person it is looking like we will need to buy this spare seat between us, which I am happy to do up front, but then will require a £4.50ish donation from you all to cover the cost of it...

(£90/21 = £4.29)

That's fine with me. I'm prepared to cover up to £10 in additional costs to secure the clan box.

Was just suggestions :) now we have an idea of the clan box.... you may well have to walk OUT of the room and back in to move around the other side...


Oh Ronin, my metabolism caught up with me, so there won't be quite so much junk intake as there was last time :p seeing how I'll probably be sat next to you now, but there will be some! ;)
