Almost as popular as the "you aren't coming to my birthday party" and the "I don't like you anymore" responses.
.I've been trying to russle up a person to fill this slot but it's a bit tricky last minute to find anyone that has the time off.

Ok, I've been playing with lots of little bits of paper tonight and I have a new plan:
let me know what you think.
IF THERE ARE ANY MAJOR CONCERNS I NEED TO KNOW BY MONDAY LUNCHTIME AS THE SEATING PLAN WILL BE LOCKED SOME TIME ON TUESDAY
Door is between either MoMan/Gombol or Myself/Solemn
Notable changes from the previous version:
-Tets and Iron fist moved to wall-facing seats, but still sat together, now with their backs to 3dg3 and bob
-Solemn and slidey swapped
-Huung and Velaphor moved into the centre with Huung next to Spicypixel
-Gribley and myself moved into the centre, with Solemn behind me and Gribley sat next to Vibs
-WFB shuffled along, two empty seats (Haven and Oblivion) in the far corner which should (I hope) leave plenty of space as a "dumping ground" or xbox/rock band area.

You're opposite me - that's better for talking than sitting next to each other
Also, Gribley doesn't know anyone other than me, and with fitting other people in with each other it's a lesser of two evils

But there is a big gap in the middle of the tables...No?
If the setup is like it was in the pictures we saw, there is a gap of two to three feet between the tables. Not prohibitive for talking. Besides, we'll also be on TeamSpeak for a bunch of things as shouting across the room only works when most of you are playing the same game.

Calm yourself. When you're playing the game you'll be too busy killing/dying to notice whos next to you with a headset on. After said game, get off the chair and go talk to someone else.

I guess my main concern with the possible spot for Rock Band behind me is that the time picked for playing RB works with me as I'll likely have drums playing in my ear for the duration. That's all cool if I'm playing but not so much if I'm not.
That said, looks like a decent plan and Wol's suggestion of folding down the tables to create some more space sounds a decent one.
My alternative suggestion (given the folding down tables idea) would be to collapse the end two tables (Gombol & thatbloke's seats) on the assumption that this both gives walk space and sitting space for playing. I admit this complicates the plan once again. Let me muse...

some of the boxes only have fake or slidey walls between them - this means that (if you get enough people) you can have a double box - essentially the wall is removed
