Orlando Bloom was born in January so I think you can rule him out as a contender.
I can neither confirm or refute Johnny Depp as being the subject referred to.

No, not Sleepy Hollow.

We don't normally give actor/actress clues so no more on that one.

I'll allow a bit more time before the next clue to see if anyone else can pick up on it.

If you haven't see Cry-Baby yet, find a copy it's awesome.
A rock-and-roll musical comedy by John Walters - great cast, great script and a fantastic soundtrack. One of my all-time top 10, for sure.
