OK, it's a racing game (figured from the first shot), looks to be on the Spectrum (with that loverly colour scheme) although not really sure which one.
Tried to figure out the year from the info "Lafitte" and "Lotus" but Jaques Lafitte never drove for Lotus so that's confusing.

So, going to take a punt at "Grand Prix Manager" - either that or "Formula One".
